the correspondence of juridical authorities in e-commerce   hossein jalaei nobarry [1]     abstract islamic religion has sufficiently attended along theological issues, discoursal arguments and expressions of values and ethics to obligatory and statutory provisions. as one of the proposed topics in jurisprudence relates to authorities in transactions, being conducted electonically all over the world, the current paper probed the relevant issue of e-commerce. how do authorities correspond with e-commerce rules at islamic jurisprudence? the current paper investigates the views of jurists through the library and analytic survey. it concludes that the rules of e-commerce passed by the islamic legislative assembly according to article 4 ought to be concorded with islamic sharia. due to models taken from the west, it does not correspond with transaction rules of jurisprudence and its defects must be eliminated by the contributions of theological and academic centers, though some suggestions have been provided.   key words: transactions, jurisprudence authorities, commerce, e-commerce rules.
